As you all know, in this unprecedented climate today, circumstances are rapidly changing hour-by-hour, day-by-day. We want to give you piece of mind that nobody in our immediate community has come in to contact with the Coronavirus. However, due to the continued updates and keeping the needs of both families and staff in mind, the school will be closed from 3/16/20-3/27/20. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we want to move forward with the best decision for all based on guidance by officials given. We will continue to take into account advisories given by both the local Camden County Office of Health and Human services, the NJDOH and the CDC. As of right now, we plan to reopen on Monday, March 30th. We will keep you all updated as quickly as possible to any changes.
This pandemic has forced us all to change and alter our way of living for this time, but we understand the need and importance to offer your children continued structured activities. We will be emailing you all early this week with a list of activities you can do with your children in your home, circle time songs they know and love, apps for parents and various online resources that you may find helpful to utilize during this time. We are deeply saddened that we wont get to interact with your children in person for the next couple of weeks but are hopeful that this is very temporary. We can't stress enough the importance of establishing a consistent routine with your children while being mindful and in the moment with them.
We ask that you all continue to follow the national health and safety guidelines and advisories of social distancing, frequent hand-washing for 20-30 seconds, limiting travel and staying home if you or your child are sick.
We thank you for your continued patience, support, calmness and understanding throughout all of this. We look forward to seeing you all when the school reopens.
